A ticket on our Discord

On our forum

"Contact staff" on our forum is a private line to the staff: only you and staff see it. Use it if you are not on our Discord, or banned from it.

Report a player or a cheater in Rust

Press F7 in game, pick the player and the reason: the report goes to our staff. Or open a ticket on our Discord with the player's name, which server (Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly), the day and the time with your time zone, what happened, and a clip or a screenshot if you have one.

Report a player or a cheater in DayZ

DayZ has no report key in game. Open a ticket on our Discord with the player's name, which map, the day and the time with your time zone, what happened, and a clip or a screenshot if you have one. Staff check it against the server's own logs.

A report is private: only you and staff see it. Please don't accuse anyone in the game's chat or in a public channel. A clip helps more than anything.

Your data

To see it, fix it or have it deleted: open a ticket on our Discord, or use "Contact staff" on our forum. We answer those within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy says.

Which one for what

• Appeal a ban: the Appeals page.
• A bug: the bug-reports channel on our Discord. An exploit, a cheater or anything about another player goes to the staff in private (a ticket on our Discord, or "Contact staff" on our forum), never in public.
• An idea: the suggestions channel on our Discord.
• Unlink your Steam account: a ticket.
• A question about a donation: a ticket. Donations are not refunded, except a payment made by mistake: open a ticket within 14 days.
• Your data: a ticket, or "Contact staff" on our forum.
